Writing to propose, not to seek office
Political activism and local political responsibilities were once part of my path. That chapter is now closed. I do not intend to return to a party, seek candidacy or resume political office. The essays, dossiers and proposals published on Delta-Sierra are now the way I choose to make my civic contribution.
That distance changes the purpose of the work. It is not about building a campaign platform, defending a career or following a party line. It is about documenting problems, exposing trade-offs and making reform architectures detailed enough to be discussed, challenged, corrected or reused.
A path built through practical work
Commerce and business
B2B business development, IT entrepreneurship and work with companies of very different sizes taught me to test ideas against deadlines, costs, margins and responsibility.
Team management and organisation
Managing security teams of up to twenty-nine people and dealing with operational situations developed a lasting attention to procedures, chains of decision and the real consequences of administrative choices.
Property and construction
Full house renovations, direct rental management and the self-construction of a bioclimatic house provided practical knowledge of building, housing, energy and the difficulty of taking a project from concept to durable operation.
Three editorial universes: past, present and future
Understanding the past: knowledge transmission and history
Palaeogenetics, civilisations, writing systems, techniques and industrial chains: the aim is to distinguish facts, hypotheses and narratives, then understand how collective capability is transmitted, transformed or lost over time.
Transforming the present: understanding and reforming France
State reform, public expenditure, pensions, democracy, industry and artificial intelligence: these books look for structures behind symptoms and propose concrete changes that can be debated, measured and evaluated.
Anticipating the future: the Martian adventure
The I Walked on Mars saga, the ARCADIA manual and the illustrated books form a prospective body of work devoted to one of the major shifts our generation may witness beginning in its lifetime: the first durable human settlements beyond Earth. They explore, through narrative, technical and visual approaches, the birth of a city and then of a society on Mars.
Method: distinguish, source and quantify
The starting point is always the same: separate what is established from what is probable, and what is probable from opinion. The dossiers prioritise public data, official reports, legal texts, scientific publications and company documents. Figures are placed within their proper perimeter and calculation assumptions are stated explicitly.
Artificial intelligence is used as a tool for research, classification, comparison, drafting, formatting and checking. It does not replace the choice of subject, angle, judgement or final verification. The theses, trade-offs, conclusions and editorial responsibility remain mine.
Editorial independence
Delta-Sierra is neither the showcase of a political party nor that of a consultancy. Readers may buy the books or support the work occasionally or monthly. Financial support gives no right to intervene in the subjects studied, the conclusions published or the positions expressed.
Independence does not mean isolation. Reasoned criticism, documented corrections and exchanges with professionals or readers are useful. They do not automatically become validation or an imposed editorial line.
Projects that extend the books
The YouTube channels document other dimensions of the same path: self-building and autonomy with LA RESSOURCE 03, travel and landscapes with DAVIOUS03, and history and musical creation with Gloire de France. The AOTONOMIA association and the LA RESSOURCE project also extend the intention to share practical solutions around energy, water, construction and household resilience.

The central civic dossier: Plan de Rupture
State reform occupies an important place on Delta-Sierra. It is presented as a documented civic contribution, independent of any candidacy: readers can consult the measures, sources, financial assumptions and objections, then verify or challenge each proposal.
